All prices include ground shipping charges within the Continental United States for FedEx. We ship to PO Boxes using FedEX Smartpost. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days on these packages to be delivered. Additional charges will apply for packages sent outside the Continental United States. Please call our office for a quote. We do not ship to APO addresses.
All packages returned due to an incorrect name or address will be subject to an additional shipping and handling charge in order to be reshipped.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Products that are no longer available will be substituted with another product that is of equal or greater value. All photos are for illustration purposes only. Tins and baskets are subject to change upon availability.
For shipments within the City of Montgomery, you will be charged 10% sales tax.
For shipments within the State of Alabama, you will be charged 4% sales tax.
Return Policy
We are confident that you will love our pecans and candy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you a return or exchange. A brief explanation is appreciated and will help us improve our products and service. Please return the entire order to the address below for an exchange within 14 days. Please include a note inside stating the reason for the return/exchange.
Exceptions - we cannot be responsible for:
- Pecans or Candy ordered in error.
- Late, missing or damaged shipments due to shipping unless Tucker Pecan makes a mistake. We will cooperate in every way to help you track your package and obtain a refund.
